kooltel Service Outage

We have been made aware of the Kooltel outage/interruption.

users are expressing interruption while making or receiving calls using kooltel services like desk phones or softphones.

There is a major internet issue that is affecting kooltel upstream providers. upstream providers are dealing with it and will get it resolved asap.
